Credit Card Processing Complete


Thank you for your support. Please read all of the following carefully and/or bookmark this page for future reference.

You'll be receiving two email messages concerning your order:

Both messages usually arrive immediately, but sometimes can take up to 5-10 minutes depending on current Internet traffic. If you have misspelled your email address, then please do not re-register! Re-registering would charge your credit card twice, and we certainly don't want that to happen! Instead, email me at smbaker@sb-software.com and I'll do a manual lookup and correct it for you.

If you do not receive a message within 10 minutes, then there has probably been a glitch in the system (most likely you mistyped your email address). Send me email at smbaker@sb-software.com and I'll fix it manually. Do not re-register as this would charge your credit card twice.

When you do receive your registration code, please make a backup copy. Hard drive crashes do happen, people change computers, etc, and I receive a lot of requests for replacement registration codes. While I do not mind looking them up for you, you can save both yourself and me some time by making a backup copy when you receive your code.

Please use one of the links at the bottom of this page to leave this area rather than using your backup button. If you use your backup button, the credit card processor will give you a alarm message and won't let you backup. If you trigger the alarm while backing up, don't worry about it, the message is just there to protect the system.
